Follow the instructions in the website to complete the activation procedure. How to activate:
Step 1: Launch HBO GO on your device to click the “Activate Your Device” button to get your activation code. Make sure you have a note of this code so that you can use it in the later step.
Step 2: Open the website www.HBOGO.com/activate in a web browser on your computer or mobile device and select the device you want to activate by clicking on the “Select a Device” button.

The participating providers include: AT&T U-Verse, bright house, COX, Charter, Dish Network, RCN, DIRECTV, optimum, Verizon FIOS, Time Warner Cable, Comcast Xfinity, Mediacom, WOW!, suddenlink, Midcontinent, and more. If you can’t find your TV provider, it means they don’t support HBO GO on your device. Just contact your TV provider and ask for them to solve it.
Step 4: Enter the activation code you’ve got from step 1 and click the “Activate” button to complete the process. When you see the “Success!” message, you can start to enjoy the HBO Go on your device.
